At Miraya Maison, every order is carefully prepared and packed to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and in excellent condition. As many of our products are handcrafted, dispatch times may vary slightly during periods of high demand.

Delivery Within the United Kingdom
We currently send UK orders using Royal Mail tracked services.
Our standard delivery option is standard royal mail delivery, with most parcels arriving approximately 3–4 working days after they have been dispatched.
If your order is placed during seasonal launches, promotional events or busy trading periods, preparation times may be slightly longer than usual. Any estimated dispatch information shown on our website is provided as a guide and should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery commitment.

Express Shipping
Customers who need their order sooner can choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.
This upgraded service shortens the delivery time after your parcel has left our studio. It does not affect the time required to handcraft, prepare or pack your order before dispatch.

Shipping Restrictions
Some products or accessories may be subject to postal regulations that limit where they can be sent. Where applicable, certain items may be removed from an order or unavailable for delivery to specific UK destinations, including offshore islands and regions where shipping restrictions apply.

International Delivery
We only deliver in the United Kingdom.
