RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Any items made to order or personalised items are not eligible for return or refund as they cant be resold.

If there is any issue with your order, you can get in touch with us at mirayamaison@gmail.com and we can do our best to resolve the issue. 
It is entirely your responsibility to ensure to check if an item is cancelable or returnable. 

For Standard items ; If you wish to cancel your order , we're happy to offer a full refund provided that:

• you return the item within 14 days of receiving it

• it's unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Just reach out to us to let us know you'd like to cancel and return your order (we suggest using a tracked, signed-for delivery service). Return postage costs are your responsibility. Please don't dispose of or damage any item, even a faulty one, until you've spoken with us and confirmed this won't affect your refund. You're responsible for any loss in the item's value caused by handling it beyond what's needed to check it over — this includes during the return shipment.
